About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Designer – Brand & Content Intern who combines a strong sense of fashion, styling and visual presentation with confidence on camera, communication skills and an interest in content creation and marketing.

You will play an important role in building the public image of FlairList Global by becoming one of the recognizable faces of the brand across social media, campaigns, business events and real-world company activities.

This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of:

You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create content that is visually appealing, professional, engaging and business-focused, while contributing to brand authority, audience growth and inbound enquiries.

This is not a conventional fashion-design internship focused on garment production or technical designing. We are specifically looking for a fashion-background candidate interested in content creation, brand representation, social media and business communication.

What You'll Work On

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing high-impact, cost-effective marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to organic growth, content-led marketing and audience building.
- Identify relevant trends, content gaps and creative opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for brand positioning and visibility.
- Help convert business objectives into engaging content and campaigns.

2. Social Media Growth & Management

- Assist in growing and managing Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Help maintain a consistent and high-quality content pipeline.
- Create content designed to contribute towards:
- Audience growth
- Engagement
- Brand awareness
- Inbound enquiries
- Lead generation
- Review content performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

3. Be the Face of FlairList Global

- Represent FlairList Global confidently and professionally on camera.
- Become a recurring face/personality across selected social media and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in creating:
- Reels
- Short-form videos
- Educational content
- Business content
- Sales-oriented content
- Lifestyle and brand content
- Communicate business concepts in a simple, engaging and relatable manner.
- Help build authority, credibility and trust with business owners, entrepreneurs and aspiring exporters.

4. Content Planning, Copywriting & Execution

- Contribute to trend-led and high-potential content calendars.
- Assist in developing:
- Hooks
- Video concepts
- Scripts
- Captions
- Creative angles
- Campaign ideas
- Participate in the end-to-end content creation process:

Ideation → Scripting → Styling → Shooting → Editing Coordination → Publishing → Performance Analysis

- Work closely with designers, editors and social media team members to ensure content is executed effectively.

7. Trend-Led Growth Approach

Stay updated with:

- Instagram trends
- YouTube trends
- Viral formats
- Trending audio and content styles
- Hook-based storytelling
- Short-form video trends

Experiment with:

- Content angles

Identify trends that can be adapted to business, global trade and entrepreneurship content.

Create and participate in content around topics relevant to FlairList Global's business ecosystem, including:

Your role will be to help simplify complex business topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content that builds authority and contributes to enquiries and lead generation.

9. Real-Time & On-Location Content Creation

This internship will not be limited to desk-based content creation.

You may be required to visit real business activities and locations to capture authentic, real-time content, including:

- Business meetings
- Client meetings
- Corporate events
- Trade exhibitions
- Trade fairs
- Product-related locations
- Company projects
- Business shoots
- Travel locations connected to company activities
- Other locations where relevant company work is taking place

The objective is to capture real experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, business activities and event-based content rather than relying only on studio-based shoots.

Company Support: Whenever travel or on-location presence is required for official company work, transportation and other reasonable work-related arrangements/expenses will be taken care of by the company, as applicable.

- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube and short-form content.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling.

We are specifically looking for a fashion-background candidate who wants to build practical experience in content, marketing, brand representation and business communication.

If you are confident on camera, have a strong fashion sense, enjoy creating content and are curious about business and global trade, this internship could be a strong fit.
