Position Details

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Australian Outbound Process
Location: E-29, Sector-8, Noida
Experience: Freshers / Relevant Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Saturday: Half-day working

Cab & Travel Facility: The company will provide a one-way cab facility, and travelling allowance will be provided for the return journey.

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our Australian outbound calling process. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients to generate quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses/customers in the Australian market.
- Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified/hot leads to the sales team.




- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions/services.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through multiple touchpoints.

Required Skills

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior B2B lead-generation experience will be an added advantage.
