Job description

Role & responsibilities

- Regularly communicate with customer and providing relevant information to the customer.
- Visit the customer end regarding quality issue.
- Responsible of In-House quality & Analyze root cause investigations when quality problems rise.
- To ensure quality standards are met in processes and products.
- Collaborate with operations managers to develop corrective action.
- implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Responsible to assist external quality auditors in coordinating on-site audits.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving production and manufacturing problems
- Interacting with vendors, customers, and management to ensure quality product delivery.
- Conduct audits, identifying any areas of non-compliance, identifying any areas for quality control improvement and implementing new methods accordingly




- Confirmation of Process design /Tool Design based on potential failures and past problems.
- Submission of Quality Improvements schedule to customer and regular meeting to review for its compliance.
- Checking and approval of documents necessary to submit customer before SOP
- Ensuring Trials and Inspection of part and process for approval
- Part handling standard approval for internal as well as to customer and ensure all preparation before SOP.
- Initial Quality control after SOP of New Parts
- Regular meeting with concern department About Quality Issues

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be from Sheet Metal industry & Automobile industry

Key Skills:- Customer Complaints, Root cause analysis, CAPA, Quality Audits, non-compliance, Quality Improvements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
