Job Summary

we are looking for a responsible and safety-focused HSE – Health & Safety Engineer to support workplace safety, fire prevention, and compliance activities at its Mughalsarai / Varanasi location. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree along with a Fire Safety Diploma and a robust understanding of industrial safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor fire prevention and fire safety arrangements at the workplace.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working practices.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Support risk assessments, safety audits, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors,



and management to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech +fire safety .
- Diploma / Certification in Fire Safety is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety, fire prevention, and HSE procedures.
- Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with employees, contractors, and site teams.

Duty Hours

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
