About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Holiday Packages Consultant to handle domestic and international holiday packages. The candidate should have strong destination knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized itineraries.
- Provide destination, hotel, sightseeing, and package recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in holiday packages/travel sales.
- Hands-on experience with both domestic and international packages.
- Good destination and itinerary knowledge.
- Robust communication and client-handling skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
