Acquisition Arc is a client acquisition consultancy. We help high-ticket agencies and coaches scale past $10k, $20k, and $30k per month. You will work directly with the founder on live client work — real deals, real numbers, real accounts.
About the role
This is not a research-and-deck internship. You own the founder's daily operating rhythm and our Instagram outreach. If you cannot hold a founder to his own calendar, this is the wrong seat.
What you'll do
1. Own the daily loop: he submits his plan each night, you audit it at 12 PM IST, log the day, and build the weekly scorecard
2. Run a 15-minute check-in at 12 PM IST, six days a week
3. Instagram DM outreach and prospect tracking for client accounts
4. Client delivery ops in Notion
5. Meeting notes, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene
Who can apply
1. Students or freshers who can start immediately
2. Available for the 12 PM IST slot, six days a week, Pune or remote

You already run a daily system you can describe in two lines
4. Strong written English; comfortable on Instagram and Notion
5. Women wanting to start or restart their career are strongly encouraged to apply
What you'll get
- 6-week paid trial: INR 5,000/month + completion certificate
- Retained: INR 12,000-15,000/month
- Month 4 onward: INR 20,000/month + commission (about INR 35,000 per closed client)
- Letter of recommendation on a robust trial
