- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Lead annual budgeting processes, long-term financial modeling, variance analysis, and regular rolling forecasts.
- Reporting & Compliance: Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes. Prepare standard financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Monitor cash flow projections, manage treasury functions, oversee capital expenditure (CapEx), and optimize working capital.
- Risk & Audit Management: Maintain internal control frameworks, manage relationship with external auditors, and ensure full tax compliance and regulatory filings.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide financial insights on potential cost-reduction strategies, capital investments,



pricing structures, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the finance/accounting team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger staff).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA.
- Experience:2–3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least years in a managerial role.
- Willingness to travel frequently across branch network on short notice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
