Operational role as part of collections operation. The incumbent should seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Responsibilities Maintain customer receivables. Ensure achievement of collection targets with email follow ups and calls to customers and reduce outstanding ageing bucket. Track payments and timely application of payments. Analyse accounts and escalate issues/take appropriate action in a timely manner. Monthly reporting/tracking of the portfolio handled. Minimum qualification & experience Finance back ground with 2-3 yrs Accounting or finance experience in handling Receivables. Desired Skill sets Basic accounting procedures, MS office, Valuable at spoken and written communication in English
