Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Develop the Extrusion Quality Process & Documents

Responsibilities:

· Final Inspection .

· Responsible to reject the defective material.

· Responsible to keep the hold materials in a saparate basket inform the quality supervisor

· Responsible to keep the workstation neat and clean..

· Inform the shift relievers about the issues raised in the present inspecting profile..

· Stock verification on daily basis.

· Ensure the self-safety while working.

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge:

· Hot extrusion process.

· Extrusion products surface/physical defects.

· Rejection entry calculations in check sheets.

· Quality inspecting procedures.

· Escalation matrix to supervisor.

Skills:

· Effective usage of Quality measuring equipments.

· Effective ageing process handling

· Final inspection basis on the Quality standards.

Ability:

· 5’s implementation at workplace.

· Transfer the observed information to superiors.

· Self-motivation.

· Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

· Awareness about workplace procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
