Job PurposeManaging the collections unit of Collection Managers and Vendors in a particular area and monitoring the collection of the amount due to the organization, while ensuring that cases are handled appropriately according to the company guidelines and complying with regulators norms.Duties And ResponsibilitiesPlanning allocation of portfolios to Branches and Agencies Based on Performance.Proficiency in collections management, active and recovery strategies in retail or vehicle finance.Solid relationship management skills for coordinating with branches, Vendors, and customers.Ability to analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and use basic MS Excel and other relevant software tools.Knowledge of NBFC operations, and regulatory compliance in financial services.Effective communication, negotiation,
