Location: All over IndiaSkills Required: SAP S/4HANA, IS-Retail,P2P, Retail, Greenfield S/4HANA Implementation, SAP SD, SAP SD Configuration, Pricing, Billing, POS, SIT/UATExperience:5 to 8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C functional consultant, with hands-on configurationresponsibility.Mandatory: at least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA retail implementation delivered end toend, from design through go-live, with exposure to retail sales processes such as POS sales flows,pricing and promotions, and returns.Working knowledge of O2C processes: order management, delivery and shipping, billing, creditmanagement and accounts receivable integration.Experience supporting SIT, UAT and hypercare on a multi-site rollout.Technical Skills:Hands-on SAP SD configuration,



including pricing and condition techniques, output determination,rebates and revenue account determination.Exposure to retail-specific SAP modules such as IS-Retail, SAP CAR and POS DM.Ability to write clear functional specifications and test scripts.Familiarity with Fiori sales apps and S/4HANA retail innovations.Soft Skills:Transparent written and spoken English for working with onshore stakeholders remotely.Analytical mindset and structured approach to defect investigation.Willingness to work offshore with overlap to UAE business hours and extended hours duringcutover and go-live.
