The role involves resolving donor and NGO queries in a timely manner and engaging with stakeholders across multiple communication channels.ResponsibilitiesWork in flexible shifts and adhere to all SLAsTake end-to-end responsibility for understanding and addressing pain-points of external stakeholdersContribute to the planning and execution of internal initiativesResolve queries from NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders within SLAs,
