NEWCHEM SUNRAYSIAJob DescriptionHead — B2B Sales (India)PositionHead — B2B Sales (India)Reports toManaging DirectorTeamManager — Account Servicing, and State/Region ManagersLocationNashik / Dindori, Maharashtra (with regular travel across India)Experience12–18 years in agrochemical, crop-nutrition, speciality-chemical or allied B2B salesCompensation₹25–35 lakh fixed per annum, plus performance-linked variable and account-conversion incentivesAbout Newchem SunraysiaNewchem Sunraysia is an agrochemical manufacturing company operating two plants in Maharashtra. We manufacture across an unusually wide range of formats under one roof — ampoules, liquid bottles, 200-litre drums, tablets and tubes, granules, powders, pouches and biocaps — serving agrochemical companies through contract and toll manufacturing, bulk supply and private-label production, alongside our own brands and a growing export business. The company is in a deliberate phase of professionalisation: documented production planning, batch-level quality systems, weekly performance review, and a performance-linked remuneration structure across the organisation. We are building the commercial function to match that operational discipline — and this role leads it.The opportunityWe have substantial installed capacity across all our formats and a manufacturing capability that large agrochemical companies need. What we have not yet built is a corporate B2B function to put that capability in front of them. This role exists to build it — and to lead it.You will personally own our relationships with India’s leading agrochemical, crop-nutrition and bio-stimulant companies, and you will build and run the state-manager team beneath you. It is a rare combination: a genuine greenfield mandate, but resting on plants, systems and products that already exist and already work. The person who succeeds here will have built a national B2B business from the ground up, with the direct backing of the Managing Director.Key responsibilitiesCorporate accountsDevelop and own relationships with India’s leading agrochemical, crop-nutrition, bio-stimulant and allied companies — taking each from first contact through capability presentation, plant audit, trial batch, commercial negotiation and long-term supply agreement.Grow share of business within existing corporate customers, building an account plan for each.Convert our open manufacturing capacity into contracted,

scheduled volumes across all formats.Leading the teamBuild, structure and lead the state/region manager team — territory design, targets, review rhythm and capability standards.Own the monthly booking process end to end, ensuring every member commits on time, product plans reconcile, and open categories are closed before the month begins.Oversee the account-servicing function so existing customers receive despatch, documentation and service standards that keep them with us.Commercial ownershipNegotiate rates, minimum volumes, credit terms and advance conditions within approved limits — protecting contribution rather than chasing volume.Own collections across the B2B book: invoices settled within terms, advances received before production is scheduled.Give both plants forward visibility of contracted volumes so production, raw material and packaging can be planned ahead.Capability and marketLead customer audits alongside our quality and plant heads; own the technical capability dossier and the compliance documentation large customers require.Direct the B2B half of the marketing effort — capability positioning, trade presence, portal and search lead generation — and convert the enquiries it produces. What we are looking forRequirementDetailExperience12–18 years in agrochemical, crop-nutrition, speciality-chemical or allied B2B sales, including at least 5 years selling to — or working inside — large agrochemical companies.RelationshipsEstablished working relationships at procurement, sourcing, supply-chain or technical-head level within leading agrochemical companies. This is what will make you effective from month one.Domain knowledgeContract or toll manufacturing, institutional supply, or private-label production experience. You should understand how a large company selects, audits and appoints a manufacturing partner.Technical graspAble to hold a credible technical conversation on formulation types, packing formats, plant capability, quality systems,

registrations and regulatory documentation.LeadershipExperience building or running a multi-state sales team, with concrete mechanisms for setting targets and holding people to commitments.Commercial disciplineA track record of protecting margin and collecting money — not merely booking orders.EducationScience or agriculture graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Chemical, M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent). MBA an advantage, not a requirement.LanguagesEnglish and Hindi essential. Marathi an advantage.MobilityBased at Nashik/Dindori with significant national travel, and comfortable spending time at the plants — our capability is best sold from the factory floor. What we offerFixed compensation of ₹25–35 lakh per annum, set within the band according to experience and relationships.Performance-linked variable of 25–30% of fixed pay, with additional bonuses on each corporate account converted to running supply and on long-term contracts signed. Upside above target is uncapped.A guaranteed variable during the first six months, because we understand that large-account cycles take time to convert and we do not expect you to be penalised for that.Direct reporting to the Managing Director, with the authority to structure the team, allocate accounts and shape the commercial approach.A real mandate, not a maintenance job — you are building a function, not inheriting one. What success looks likeTimeframeExpectationFirst 3 monthsBoth plants understood in depth; a written capability dossier fit for a large customer; the top target companies mapped with named contacts; team structure agreed and booking discipline running.3–9 monthsCapability presentations delivered to target companies; plant audits and trial batches under way; measurable growth in existing corporate accounts; the state-manager team booking to target every month.9–18 monthsCorporate accounts converted to running supply; long-term supply agreement(s) signed; open capacity substantially filled with contracted, well-collected business. To applyPlease send your CV, along with a short note on the corporate accounts you have opened and what you achieved in each, to [insert email]. Applications are treated in confidence.Newchem Sunraysia is an equal-chance employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, caste, age, disability or any other protected characteristic.
