and stakeholder coordination skillsKey Responsibilities*Provide L2.5‑level support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access platformsHandle advanced escalations related to enrollment, authentication, compliance, and app deploymentManage device lifecycle including onboarding, policy enforcement, and decommissioningConfigure and maintain profiles, compliance policies, restrictions, and applicationsSupport SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / EntraPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actionsAutomate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIsAssist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancementsEnsure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standardsCreate and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooksMentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge transfer
