From DJ Nights to College Fests, from Ideation to Implementation—you’ll be at the heart of it all.WHAT YOU’LL DO :1. Event Management
- Help plan and run college events (DJ Night, Dandiya, Fests & more!)
- Coordinate with vendors (DJ, food stalls, stage setups)
- Manage checklists, budgets & registrations
- Handle passes, ticketing & event-day logistics2. Club Coordination
- Support Music, Dance, Sports, Coding, Photography & other clubs
- Manage club calendars & communication
- Help with posters, promotions & announcements3. Student Engagement
- Spread event buzz across campus
- Work with student leaders & volunteers
