Role: Growth AssociateLocation: Gurgaon (Delhi NCR Field Travel)We are looking for an Associate to handle our existing vending machine network and drive current school / university activations.Handle end-to-end operations of existing vending machines in schools and other locations including refilling, stock audit, and uptimeManage kiosk and canteen setup and daily operationsOpen for regular field visits for installations, audits and relationship management with school adminsReach out to schools, universities and institutions via calling and emails, send mails, proposals, decks and align meetings for senior teamTake regular follow-ups with leads and maintain lead tracker in sheetsFind and negotiate with vendors for vending machine procurement, spare parts and raw materialsCoordinate with technicians and service partners for maintenance Cash collection tracking, stock reconciliation and basic finance / P&L; for each locationMaintain inventory, SOPs and expense recordsRequirement: 1-2 years in field sales / operations / institutional operations.
