- Handle customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions
- Generate leads and follow up
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Build relationships with architects, designers, dealers & corporate clients
- Coordinate with design, warehouse & delivery teams
- Achieve sales targetsRequirements
- Strong communication, customer-handling & negotiation skills
- Valuable sales and lead follow-up skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, retail, B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- CRM/digital sales knowledge is an advantage
