Job Description: Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules:NPM (Network Performance Monitor)SAM (Server & Application Monitor)NCM (Network Configuration Manager)NetFlow / NTA (Traffic Analyzer)Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checksManage polling engines, additional pollers, and HA setupConfigure proactive monitoring for servers, network devices, applicationsDefine custom alerts, thresholds, and escalation policiesReduce alert noise via tuning and automationDevelop custom dashboards and views for leadership, operations, and NOC teamsCreate reports on availability, performance, capacity trendsEnable business service monitoring (BSM) viewsIntegrate SolarWinds with:ServiceNow / ITSM toolsEmail, SNMP traps, syslogDevelop automation using:PowerShell / API / scriptsEnable auto-ticketing and event correlation
