The job is based in Gurugram / NCR or relevant zoneRole Purpose: The Zonal Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospitals/units within the assigned zone, driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, patient experience and clinical collaboration.The role will be responsible for ensuring that individual hospitals operate as high-performing, integrated businesses while maintaining standards of clinical excellence, quality and patient-centric care.Key Responsibilities1. Zonal Business & P&L; LeadershipOwn overall revenue, profitability and business performance across the zoneDrive growth through improved capacity utilization, specialty performance, new services and market developmentMonitor key metrics including revenue, EBITDA, occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS and specialty-wise performanceIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies2. Hospital OperationsProvide strategic oversight to the operations of hospitals/units within the zoneEnsure consistent operating standards, processes, governance and performance across unitsImprove patient flow, capacity utilization, productivity and service deliveryEstablish performance dashboards and regular business reviews3. Clinical & Doctor EngagementBuild strong relationships with senior clinicians and medical leadershipPartner with clinical teams to drive specialty growth, doctor productivity and patient volumesFacilitate collaboration across hospitals and specialtiesEnsure operational decisions support clinical excellence and patient outcomes4. Patient Experience & QualityDrive consistent standards of patient experience and service excellence across the zoneMonitor NPS, patient satisfaction and complaint resolutionEnsure adherence to quality, patient-safety, regulatory and accreditation standards5. Strategic GrowthIdentify opportunities for market expansion,



current specialties, capacity addition and service-line developmentSupport new hospital launches, expansions and transformation initiativesWork closely with corporate functions on strategic and business-development initiatives6.
