Monthly Spends must be 5L to 50L; ensure operational excellence, improve client retention, and help scale delivery systems within the agency.Role OverviewKey ResponsibilitiesTeam & Account OversightExecute Meta & Google Ads Campaign. Ensure smooth execution & optimisation across multiple ecommerce and D2C accounts. Monitor campaign performance and account health regularlyReview reporting quality, communication standards, and timelinesClient ManagementHandle client escalations and critical discussions, participate in strategy and review calls with key clients. Ensure strong client satisfaction and retentionIdentify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accountsPerformance & GrowthEnsure accounts achieve performance benchmarks.



Work closely with Performance Marketing Senior Executive teams to improve resultsHelp leadership improve operational scalability and reduce delivery bottlenecksRequirementsMust Have9months - 1 years of experience in performance marketing agencies. Experience handling multiple D2C/ecommerce clients. Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystemPrior experience managing performance marketing team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
