Position: Sales & Service EngineerLocation : Mumbai/Pune Key Responsibilities:Evaluate projects and collect feedback from existing and prospective customersExperience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customerIdentify new opportunities (product/ market) for future growthProvides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.E. GEM etc.Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customerInstallation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of current battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs.Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and serviceTroubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit, etc. faults.Follow-up with customer for order optimizationFollow up with customer for paymentGenerations of different weekly and daily reports.Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues.Experience & Qualifications:B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products.
