.Counselprospectivestudentsandparentsoncourseofferings,feestructures,andoutcomes,tailoringthepitchtoeachfamily'sneeds.

.Drivelocaloutreach-school/collegetie-ups,seminars,referrals,andcommunityengagement-tobuildtheinquirypipeline.

.Trackandreportdaily/weeklysalesfunnelmetrics(inquiries,walk-ins,conversions,drop-offs)andcourse-correctproactively.

.Coordinatewiththemarketingteamonlocalpromotions,offers,andcampaignexecution.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES-SERVICE&OPERATIONS;

.Ensuresmoothday-to-daycenteroperations,includingbatchscheduling,facultycoordination,andclassroomreadiness.

.Actasthefirstpointofcontactforstudentandparentqueries,complaints,andescalations,resolvingthempromptlyandprofessionally.





.Monitorstudentattendance,engagement,andsatisfactiondriveretentionandaddressearlywarningsignsofattrition.

.Maintainaccuraterecordsofenrollments,feecollections,andstudentdatainlinewithcompanysystems.

.Liaisewithfacultyandacademicteamstoensuretimelydeliveryoftheacademiccalendarandqualityofinstruction.

.Ensurethecentermaintainshighstandardsofhousekeeping,safety,andpresentationatalltimes.

.Managefront-officestaffandsupportteamperformanceatthecenter.
