Key Responsibilities:

- Administer configure and maintain SolarWinds platform components NPM NCM NTA SAM IPAM
- Monitor network and infrastructure performance to ensure maximum availability and reliability
- Investigate troubleshoot and resolve network monitoring alerts and incidents
- Configure dashboards reports thresholds and alerting mechanisms for proactive monitoring
- Perform tool upgrades patching backup and health checks of monitoring platforms
- Coordinate with Network Security Server and Application teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident Problem and Change Management
- Prepare operational reports RCA documentation and capacity planning recommendations

Technical Requirements:

- Experience in Network Monitoring Infrastructure Monitoring or Tool Administration




- Hands on experience with SolarWinds administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of SNMP NetFlow IPFIX Syslog TCP IP LAN WAN Routing Switching
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds PRTG Nagios Zabbix LogicMonitor or similar platforms
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Positive understanding of network devices including Routers Switches Firewalls and Wireless Controllers
- Basic scripting knowledge PowerShell Python is an added advantage
