Job Description

 Drive team sales targets (four-wheeler units, as applicable) and monitor daily/weekly performance

 Train, coach, and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, pitch, and closing techniques

 Ensure showroom walk-ins are converted efficiently and follow-ups are tracked (CRM/DMS)

 Ensure planning of field and marketing events for high conversion and pipeline line generation.

 Monitor lead generation, enquiry management, and test drive conversion ratios

 Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth deal closures

 Handle customer escalations and ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management

 Plan and execute local marketing activities, exchange melas, and promotional events

 Ensure adherence to the company's sales process standards and dealership SOPs

 Manage stock planning and coordinate with the dealership for vehicle availability
