Job Description

The purpose of this position is to perform fine Measurement room Activities as defined in Lab-scope, 5S, Calibration and AMC support, Measurement system Analysis, Training FMP

- FMR

- Execution of activities pertaining to FMR as defined in the Lab scope

ICSS Index

- Supporting skill development

Equipment operation, selection of program, Editing, Test methods, Information on Norms, Standards, Engineering Drawing, Fixtures,SAP

No overdue of IMT and Masters in lab

- Measurement activities

Ensuring Measurement support for FMR activities as defined in the lab scopes Ensuring 5S, Second level maintenance, work area safety in the lab. Execution of actions defined for ICSS, updation of asset in SAP.

Zero non Conformance in Internal & External Audit

- Calibration & Related activities

Measurement support to meet the acceptance criteria of calibration of IMT, Regular validation of the measuring equipment, Maintenance of essential consumables, spare parts, service booking

Zero non Conformance in Internal & External Audit

- Shift Management





Shift planning and supervision of allotted jobs, pending jobs and carry forward to next shift

Zero non Conformance in Internal & External Audit

- QMS Implementation

Execution of BBM Process requirement, IATF, Valuable lab practice, MIS, EHS, CIP, LPC, Department KPI/KPR,

Zero non Conformance in Internal & External Audit

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial engineering (desirable)- FMR
- 1-3 Years of experience in FMR

Additional Information

Knowledge

- Competent in Engineering drawings, Bosch Norms & guidelines, Measurement techniques, Test methods, MSA, 5S and safety engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial engineering (desirable)

Functional Skills

- Competent in Operations of analytical equipment optical, non destructive and contact type measurement
- Competent in Zygo, CMM, Form Tester (MFU100, LD 130,MMQ400,etc) Contour, Rz measurement,Height Gauge,
