We are seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team, either as a freelancer working from home or as a full-time employee in our Kilpauk, Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a solid ability to attract and evaluate talent in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices.
