Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:** 10th Standard pass + ITI (2-Year Full time Course)
Required Skills :
* Basic understanding of engineering blueprints, mechanical drawings, and tolerance symbols.
* Familiarity with industrial safety norms, hazards, and basic workshop calculations.
* Good manual dexterity and willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
* Basic troubleshooting mindset and readiness to learn on the job.
