Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests through email, chat, tickets, and internal systems

• Process orders, payments, refunds, account-related requests, and service issues

• Verify customer and transaction details

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Maintain accurate records and update customer information

• Follow company policies and data-protection procedures

Skills Required:

• Valuable English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good typing skills

Salary:

• Freshers: 29,000 CTC/month

• Experienced: Up to 38,000 CTC/month, as per experience and documents
