We are urgently hiring for the position of Ground Operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery in our ground operations team.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily ground operations activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all ground operations activities.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-9 years of experience in ground operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
