About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling startup in the edtech & career enablement space, we're building AI-powered tools that help students and early-career professionals land jobs faster through hyper-personalized coaching, skill mapping, and funnel-optimized career journeys. We’re hyper-focused on growth, data-driven experimentation, and building scalable marketing systems that convert at every stage — from awareness to offer acceptance. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, test, and optimize multi-channel marketing funnels (email, SMS, social, paid ads) to improve lead-to-candidate conversion rates.
- Own and execute A/B tests across landing pages, CTAs, and nurture sequences — translating insights into high-impact funnel fixes.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to track KPIs, tag user journeys, and build dashboards that surface conversion bottlenecks.
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives — aligned with psychological triggers and user intent.




- Partner with the founders to translate strategic vision into tactical marketing experiments with measurable ROI.
- Document funnel performance, best practices, and playbooks to scale growth across campaigns and verticals.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Funnel Architecture
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Mailchimp / Klaviyo
- A/B Testing (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
- UTM Tracking & Campaign Tagging
- Copywriting for Conversion
- CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar)

- Preferred
- ClickFunnels or Kartra
- Basic SQL for data extraction
- Experience with edtech or early-career SaaS products
