Job Description:
We are building AI-powered solutions and enterprise ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.

Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives, including technical design, development, automation, AI-powered capabilities, testing, deployment, and support, with strong hands-on Now Assist implementation in enterprise ITSM environments.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, delivering complex enterprise ITSM implementations




- Proven production implementation of multiple Now Assist skills, plus AI adoption and governance experience
- Strong automation experience, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, intelligent routing and approvals

Core development expertise: Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, and integrations
Certifications required: CSA, CAD, and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (Now Assist / GenAI / Agentic AI certifications are a plus)
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English
