We are building a system that collects and structures data across 9 wellness dimensions, processes it through proprietary rule-based intelligence, and generates explainable, evidence-backed and consultant-validated personalised recommendations, rituals and wellness programs.

Full-Stack App Developer — Equity-Based Founding Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack App Developer who can take ownership of building and scaling the technology infrastructure behind HiWox's mobile and web ecosystem.

This is an equity-only founding-team opportunity, designed for someone who wants long-term ownership in building the product rather than working as a conventional salaried developer.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile & Web Application Development

- Build, maintain and improve HiWox's mobile and web applications.

- Develop scalable frontend and backend systems.

- Build clean, responsive and reliable user experiences.

- Backend & APIs

- Design and develop APIs, backend services and business logic.

- Build secure authentication, user management and role-based access.

- Develop database structures and data-management systems.

- HiWox 9-Domain Ecosystem

- Build technology structures for collecting and managing data across all 9 wellness dimensions.

- Support assessments, consultations, wellness scores, recommendations, rituals and personalised programs.

- Ensure different wellness datasets can work together within a unified architecture.

- Dashboards & User Journeys

- Develop dashboards for clients, consultants, HiWox Captains, partners and internal teams.

- Build workflows covering onboarding, assessment, data collection, consultation, recommendations,



progress tracking and reporting.

- Implement compliance, engagement and transformation tracking.

- Intelligence & Data Integration

- Integrate HiWox's rule-based recommendation and intelligence systems into the product.

- Work with Data Scientists and Healthcare Scientists to convert intelligence frameworks into functional product features.

- Build systems for structured data collection, processing and recommendation delivery.

- Devices & Integrations

- Integrate healthcare devices, wearables, sensors and third-party APIs.

- Build reliable pipelines for collecting and displaying biometric and wellness data.

- Support future expansion toward phone sensors, wearables and connected-health technologies.

- Security & Scalability

- Implement appropriate healthcare data privacy and security practices.

- Optimise application performance, reliability and scalability.

- Design architecture capable of supporting growing users, partners and data volumes.

- Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

- Debug, test and continuously improve applications.

- Manage deployment, monitoring and technical documentation.

- Establish development practices that allow the product and engineering team to scale.

- Cross-Functional Product Development

- Work closely with the Product Owner, UI/UX team, Data Scientists, Healthcare Scientists and Wellness Consultants.

- Translate product and healthcare requirements into functional technology solutions.





- Participate in product validation and continuously improve the platform based on user feedback.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in full-stack application development.

- Experience with mobile and/or web application development.

- Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs and databases.

- Experience with technologies such as React/React Native, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL and cloud platforms is preferred.

- Understanding of authentication, APIs, integrations and scalable architecture.

- Experience working with data-driven, AI/ML, HealthTech, FinTech or other complex products is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup workplace.

- Willingness to contribute strategically, not just execute assigned tickets.

Engagement

- Position: Full-Stack App Developer

- Nature: Equity-Only Founding Role

- Time Commitment: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours/week

- Location: Remote / Hybrid

- Compensation: Equity only at the current stage

- Fixed salary: Planned after fundraising and revenue stabilisation

- Equity: Based on contribution, technical expertise, responsibility, commitment and long-term ownership

- Vesting: 5-year vesting for core founding members

What You Will Build

You will be responsible for helping build the technology backbone of HiWox — from user onboarding and wellness assessments to data collection, dashboards, consultations, rule-based intelligence, personalised recommendations, progress tracking and healthcare-device integrations.

This is an opportunity to become a technology owner within the founding team and help build HiWox from its early product stage into a scalable healthcare and wellness intelligence platform.
