Position: Principal
Location: Kolhui, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month
Experience: 5+ years
Accommodation: Provided by the school

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the overall academic and administrative activities of the school.

- Provide effective leadership and guidance to teachers and staff.

- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and academic progress.

- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school activities.

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace.

- Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and school management.

- Conduct regular meetings and monitor staff performance.

- Handle school operations, staff management, and administrative responsibilities.





- Work closely with management to achieve the school's academic and operational goals.

RequirementsEligibility:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a school leadership role.

- Candidates with experience as Principal or Vice Principal will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of academic planning and school administration.

- Ability to effectively manage teachers, students, parents, and school operations.
