Job Description: Job Description – Billing Executive

We are hiring a Billing Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B client billing and invoicing.

✔ Must have hands-on experience in B2B Client Billing / Corporate Billing
✔ Experience in invoice generation and GST billing
✔ Should have basic knowledge of accounts and billing processes
✔ The company uses proprietary billing software, so experience with Tally is not mandatory
✔ Should be comfortable learning and working on company-specific software
✔ Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth billing operations
✔ Handle billing-related queries and ensure timely and accurate invoicing





What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B billing/client billing

- Good understanding of GST invoicing and billing procedures

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Comfortable working with Excel

- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly

- Good coordination and communication skills

Note: Candidates with experience in B2B client billing will be preferred. Tally experience is not required, as the company has its own billing software.
