Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Configuration Support Analyst to join our team supporting a consumer healthcare client's Procurement Technology group. The Procurement Technology Configuration Analyst will support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of procurement technology platforms including sourcing and contract lifecycle management tools. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, templates, roles, and permissions, troubleshooting user issues, testing system updates, supporting deployments, maintaining documentation, and partnering with business stakeholders to resolve requests. The role also requires strong written communication skills, as the consultant will interact directly with business users, provide system guidance, and communicate changes and updates across the organization. This role will require hybrid onsite presence in Bangalore, India. Skills and Requirements 2+ years supporting, configuring, or administering CLM, sourcing, contracting, or procurement SaaS platforms Experience configuring workflows, templates, approvals, roles, and permissions Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting business users Solid written and verbal communication skills with business stakeholders Experience testing system enhancements, releases, or platform updates Experience with Malbek, Keelvar, or similar procurement technology platforms Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Coupa CLM, Agiloft, Ariba Contracts, or DocuSign CLM Experience with sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba Sourcing, Coupa Sourcing, Jaggaer, Scout RFP, or related platforms
