The **Application Production Support Analyst** is a critical role within the Production Support and Operations team. This individual is responsible for providing high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for complex enterprise applications and platforms. Acting as the bridge between L1 Helpdesk/Monitoring teams and L3 Development/Engineering groups, the L2 Engineer ensures system availability, stability, and adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced, enterprise technology environment. **Qualifications:** + 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support, SRE, or related technology support functions. + Strong understanding of production support processes, incident management, change management, and problem management. + Experience supporting business-critical applications within financial services environments. + Good understanding of financial markets, particularly Equities and Fixed Income trading workflows. + Proven track record of driving process standardization, automation, and operational improvements. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. + Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. + **Experience leading major incident calls and interacting with global business and technology stakeholders.** **Technical Skills :** Unix, Shell Scripting, GENEOS ITRS, Autosys, GRAFANA,SQL, Infrastructure knowledge, Data streaming tools and technology, System design, Open shift, ECS, ELK Tool , Release Engineering Support, Troubleshooting and major incident triage capability, working knowledge on automation tools, good domain knowledge of Equities and Fixed income trading flow.
