About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on social-first content, brand visuals, and short-form videos. The ideal person is someone who loves creating clean designs, enjoys experimenting, and wants to grow quickly inside a high-energy, fast-moving brand environment.

Responsibilities

Design

- Create social media creatives, marketing assets, and ad-ready visuals
- Design website banners, emailers, posters, and straightforward packaging mockups
- Work with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual style
- Develop visuals for product launches, campaigns, and everyday content

Video Editing

- Edit short videos for reels, ads, and social media
- Add subtitles, transitions, motion elements, and basic animations
- Repurpose long videos into short clips for multiple platforms
- Support brand shoots and content creation when required

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva expertise
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layouts, colours,



and typography
- Understanding of social media content styles and trends
- Ability to handle feedback, iterate fast, and work on tight timelines
- Portfolio that shows your creativity and thought process
- (We welcome portfolios of all levels — self-initiated work counts.)

Nice to Have

- Basic product photography or shoot assistance
- Simple mockup skills
- Interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle category design
