n✅ Lead coaching, onboarding, and training initiatives
n✅ Manage escalations and stakeholder communications
n✅ Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights
nWhat We're Looking For
n✔ Understanding of Database Technologies
n✔ Robust Service Operations and Metrics knowledge
n✔ Experience with Case Management Systems & Dashboards
n✔ Reporting and Analytical Skills
n✔ Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management
nGood to Have: Google Cloud certifications and Cloud/Managed Services experience.
