Description
This role transforms digital data into transparent business intelligence and personalized experiences across Honeywell web properties. It combines hands-on analytics, insight storytelling, stakeholder consulting, experimentation and activation. You will own the journey from an outcome-led question through analysis, recommendation, personalization design, implementation and optimization.

- Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to translate their needs into clear analytical approaches, KPIs and decision-ready outputs.
- Understand web personas and use Adobe Analytics, and related data to uncover customer journeys, content performance, conversion barriers, behavioral patterns and meaningful opportunities.
- Build clear, credible stories that explain what is happening, why it matters and what stakeholders should do next - going beyond reporting.
- Use insights to prioritize opportunities and define complete personalization use cases covering the audience, behavioral or account signals, experience logic,



business objective and success metric.
- Build activities directly or through an agency partner using A/B testing, Experience Targeting, Multivariate Testing, Auto-Allocate, Auto-Target, Automated Personalization or Recommendations as appropriate.
- Coordinate stakeholders, UX, content, devops and agencies through requirements, QA, UAT and launch; then interpret results, optimize performance and document reusable learnings.
- Pilot uses of Writer AI, Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Target machine learning for analysis, content and personalization, supported by human review, governance, playbooks and training.

Qualifications
You must have
- 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience across Adobe Experience Cloud - particularly AEM, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target - to build, analyze and personalize enterprise web experiences.
