Plan for Survey of the allocated links. ● Coordinate with the site official for approval of DS and BOQ for further manufacturing clearance. ● Planning & coordination with the contractor as well as site official to ensure timely testing of OPGW & physical verification and MRHOV ● Planning & Coordination with the sub contractor on daily basis, deployment of the installation team according ● Review all the safety measures taken during execution of the work and based on that send report to RM. ● Preparation and get signature of JMC of installed OPGW to the site office for timely service billing. ● Coordination with the Client for resolving all the issues related to installation & ROW ● Maintain the entire key document from the start of the project till project closure.
