This 3–6 month accelerator internship offers early-career talent an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance risk management within the rapidly evolving digital assets industry.
You will support the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process, helping teams collect information, document risks, and monitor progress across the organization.
The role provides exposure to compliance controls, regulatory requirements, horizon scanning, and risk reporting.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and compliance teams, developing practical project management and communication skills.
You will also contribute to regulatory mapping initiatives and explore how AI can support compliance and risk management processes.
The position is well suited to students and recent graduates who are curious, detail-oriented, and interested in financial services, regulation,

Accountabilities:
- Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program through data collection, documentation, coordination, and basic analysis.
- Assist with the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) by gathering relevant information, coordinating inputs, and tracking project progress and deadlines.
- Work with Business Unit Compliance teams to help document risk assessments, control inventories, and related compliance information.
- Support the maintenance and updating of compliance control documentation to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the coordination and rollout of horizon scanning activities, working with relevant stakeholder
