About the Function:
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It’s rapid-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality,
efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About the role:
Purpose of The role : The role is responsible for food flavour management & re-engineering with the objective of controlling flavour movements & extending shelf life with a basic deliverance of catering uniform quality blends for packing operation in a non-disruptive manner
Qualification: B.Tech/ M. Tech/B.Sc /M. Sc- Science, Chemical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alco Tech, Chemistry, Food Tech
Experience: 2-5 Yrs, Basic Knowledge in Blending, Food safety
Knowledge & skills:
• Blending Skills
• IT acumen
• Mathematical and data handling skills
• Personal congruence and Integrity
Best Suited for Someone who:
• Has got excellent organoleptic sensory skills
• Has received any recognition on preparation of blends
