We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake Development, Data Warehousing, and ETL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions using Snowflake and modern data engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources.

Perform hands-on Snowflake development, including database objects, tables, views, schemas, stored procedures, and data transformations.

Design and implement efficient data models for enterprise data warehousing.

Develop complex SQL queries and optimize Snowflake workloads for performance and cost.

Implement data ingestion and transformation processes using appropriate ETL/ELT tools.

Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and resolve production issues.

Establish best practices around data architecture, development, performance, and maintainability.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to data engineering team members.
Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake Development.

Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and architecture.

Robust experience in ETL/ELT development.

Excellent SQL skills.

Experience with data modeling, transformations, and data integration.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Snowflake workloads.

Ability to independently design and develop data warehouse solutions.
Good to Have

Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS
