* Facilitate employee relations initiatives,



serving as a primary point of contact for resolving grievances, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive organizational culture.

* Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely processing of payroll-related inquiries and maintaining competitive salary structures.

* Coordinate training and development activities to support continuous qualified growth and skill enhancement among staff members.

* Monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within the Health Care industry.

* Strong understanding of labor legislation, employment standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
