This role leads a field sales team responsible for executing commercial strategy across the Haryana South territory.
You will be accountable for achieving revenue, channel, and annual performance objectives while building robust customer relationships.
The position combines people leadership, sales planning, market development, and hands-on execution.
You will coach and develop sales representatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize business performance.
A strong understanding of local markets, customer dynamics, and routes to market will be essential to success.

Accountabilities
- Lead, manage, develop, and motivate a team of field sales representatives,



creating a high-performance culture focused on execution and results.
- Partner with sales capability and training teams to ensure team members receive the development and coaching required to perform effectively.
- Develop and manage an annual business plan for the assigned territory, ensuring delivery against agreed revenue, channel, and KPI objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, supporting high-quality execution across relevant product categories.
- Work closely with accounting, category and activation, sales, and consumer finance stakeholders to maximize returns within the territory.
