This role leads the development of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support complex enterprise business priorities and operational needs.
You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, delivering enhancements, integrations, automation, and backlog remediation.
The position offers an opportunity to work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to shape high-quality platform solutions.
You will also leverage AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
The role sits within an Agile delivery environment where collaboration, continuous improvement, peer review, and reliable deployment are essential.
As a technical lead, you will guide senior developers, review code, and take ownership of complex integrations and high-priority development challenges.




This is a full time remote chance based in Bangalore, offering significant exposure to enterprise ServiceNow architecture and modern platform capabilities.

Accountabilities:
- ServiceNow Development: Deliver ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, customizations, and backlog items in line with sprint priorities, platform standards, and business objectives.
- Integration Development: Design and implement scalable custom REST API integrations with external systems while ensuring alignment with the overall ServiceNow platform architecture.
- AI-Enabled Development: Apply AI-enabled development practices and leverage ServiceNow capabilities such as Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence to improve solution quality, productivity, and delivery efficiency.
