Angular – Front End Developer

Summary:
UST is looking for an Angular – Front End Developer with strong experience in Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Docker. The role involves designing and developing responsive user interfaces, building backend services, containerizing applications, and collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should also have exposure to Generative AI frameworks/APIs and contemporary cloud-native technologies.
The Opportunity:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Python with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Containerize applications and services using Docker.
- Write and maintain Dockerfiles and manage container images.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues in production systems.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and follow best development practices.
- Use Git for source code management and team-oriented development.
- Ensure applications meet requirements for HTTP, web security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work with Generative AI frameworks and APIs where applicable.
What you need:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience building backend services using Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, including writing Dockerfiles and ru
