Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase & Store Assistant to support our purchase and store operations. The role involves assisting with material procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, stock maintenance, material receiving, and purchase documentation.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial components used in automation and machine vision systems.

Key Responsibilities





Purchase & Procurement
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial components.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain purchase-related documents and records.
- Assist in creating Purchase Orders (POs) and following up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Compare vendor quotations and support the team in selecting suitable suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, dispatches, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Admin teams for material requirements.

Store & Inventory Management
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and basic specifications against purchase documents.
- Maintain proper records of received, issued, and available materials.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely availability of materials.
