This is a remote opportunity supporting Customer Success and Professional Services teams in a rapid-paced technology environment.
The role serves as an operational backbone, helping keep project, ticket, documentation, and service workflows organized and on schedule.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to coordinate estimates, meetings, client communications, and project information.
The position also provides exposure to services operations, reporting, timesheet management, CRM data quality, and process improvement.
It is well suited to an early-career professional who is highly organized, curious, and eager to understand how software projects are delivered.

Accountabilities
- Monitor incoming customer tickets and project requests across multiple client accounts, ensuring requests are captured and organized appropriately.
- Extract relevant information from tickets and format requests according to established workflow templates.
- Coordinate with Technical Leads to obtain effort estimates and facilitate communication between Project Managers and technical teams to refine requirements.
- Track estimate status and follow up to ensure timely completion and support Project Managers in communicating estimates to clients.
- Schedule internal and client meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring the right stakeholders are included.
- Attend meetings when required and produce clear, structured, and actionable notes.
