We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join Link Publishers . In this role, you will be responsible for managing LP's end-to-end operational functions, including order delivery, marketplace operations, outreach, HR and employee management, internal processes, and coordination with our outsourced technology/development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, people management, project management, and execution skills.

Primary Skills:

- Operations Management: Strong ability to manage and improve end-to-end business operations, processes, workflows, and delivery.
- Team Management: Experience managing multiple teams, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, improving productivity, and building accountability.
- Ownership & Accountability: Robust ability to take ownership of problems, follow through without constant supervision, and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes, develop practical solutions, and drive implementation rather than simply escalating problems.
- Data & MIS: Strong understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, MIS, productivity, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- HR & Employee Management: Experience handling hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee conflicts, team structure, discipline, and employee-related matters.
- Project & Tech Coordination: Ability to coordinate with QC and outsourced development teams,



manage priorities, track timelines, and ensure projects and fixes are delivered.
- Process & SOP Management: Ability to build, improve, document, and implement SOPs and systems that improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Management: Ability to coordinate across teams, resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and ensure business priorities are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Own Link Publishers' day-to-day operations, including order delivery, marketplace operations, outreach, and other operational functions.
- Team Performance: Manage team leads and teams, define KPIs, monitor performance, identify gaps, and ensure accountability across departments.
- Delivery & Outreach: Monitor delivery performance, turnaround times, rejection rates, backlog, outreach productivity, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- HR & Employee Management: Own employee-related operational matters including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, conflicts, discipline, retention, and team development.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and build better processes, SOPs, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Technology Coordination:



Coordinate with QC and the outsourced technology/development agency to prioritize requirements, track bugs and projects, follow up on timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Escalation Management: Take ownership of operational escalations and resolve issues at the appropriate level without unnecessary dependency on the CEO.
- MIS & Reporting: Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates on performance, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Project Execution: Take ownership of cross-functional projects and ensure they move from planning to execution and completion.
- CEO Support: Take the day-to-day operational load away from the Founder/CEO, allowing the CEO to focus primarily on sales, marketing, account management, revenue, and business growth.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of proven experience in Operations, Business Operations, General Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple teams and operational functions.
- Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, MIS, numbers, and operational performance.
- Experience handling HR and employee-related matters.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with technology/product teams or external development agencies.
- Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, digital marketing, marketplace, agency, or similar fast-growing businesses is preferred.
- Highly ownership-oriented, proactive, responsible, and result-focused.
